Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Workshop

Nina is a Pelvic Health Specialist and a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, who specializes in treating pelvic health conditions. She blends orthopedics and  specialty training in pelvic health therapy to address the "common but not optimal" pelvic floor conditions.

We will have 45 minutes of interactive workshop plus 15 minutes of q&a with Nina.

Workshop will be held in the gym at Horace Mann Elementary.

After the workshop we will head over to Immigrant Son for brunch! If you plan to come to brunch, please select a brunch ticket when booking so we have an accurate head count.
