Lauren Fegely founded Forest city Sleep Solutions in 2024 after years of experience teaching elementary school and coaching hundreds of parents on their children's sleep issues. She is a certified pediatric Sleep Coach with the Family Sleep Institute and is the top most requested Sleep Coach at the Maven Clinic, a global healthcare services network. Lauren is a mother of three and has a passion for helping families establish consistent and healthy sleep patterns for their children
