About the event
Join us for the first hike in our new hiking series. The West Channel Pond Loop (0.5 miles) is a fun, light family hike through rocky river reservation, and appropriate for all ages.
Families are welcome to play on the NEW natural playground at the end of the hike, and explore Fort Hill & the nature center as well. Nature center hours: 9:30-5:00 pm.
Hike includes bridges and crushed limestone paths. We recommend wagons or wearing young children. Strollers are not recommended.
Meet up at Turtle outside of Nature Center entrance. Arrive at 9:50 am. Hike begins at 10 am.
