Join us for the second hike in our new hiking series. The Ledges Loop Trail (0.5 miles) is a fun, light family hike through Cascade Park, and is appropriate for all ages. The path allows for viewing of one of the parks beautiful water falls, as well as easy access to parking, shelter, parks, and bathrooms.
Families are encouraged to play at the inclusive playgrounds and explore the nature center as well. Nature center hours: 8 am to sunset
The trail is both paved/asphalt in some areas and natural/dirt in others. We recommend wagons or wearing young children. Strollers are not recommended.
Recommended entrance at 387 Furnace Street. Park in one of the three nearby parking areas. Meetup at marked trailhead.
Arrive at 9:50 am. Hike begins at 10 am.
